Introducing David Fisher’s Rotating Tower. This self-sufficient, sun and wind powered design just unveiled is the latest addition to dubai’ amazing list of architectural achievements.   

Each wind turbine may produce up to 0.3 megawatt of electricity, bringing an estimated 1,200,000 kilowatt-hours of energy generated each year.

The architect claims that 59 floor building will generate 10 times more energy than required to power it.
