Going Solo is lonely, yet incredibly beautiful

British director Joe Wright has really hit the nail on the head with The Soloist. Not only does he fill each scene with the dirty gritty streets of LA and manage to convert them into an array of beautiful colours he also converts a depressing story into one of the most remarkable films of 2009. Starring Academy Award Winning Actor Jamie Foxx and Academy Award Nominee Robert Downey Jr viewers witness a true, inspiring and uplifting true story of a friendship between two men who have both lost their way in life.
